Description
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions. • Develop and implement effective tax strategies. • Prepare and review tax provisions for financial statements. • Manage tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities. • Oversee and manage the company’s cap table. • Handle international tax issues and cross-border transactions. • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations. • Identify and implement process improvements in tax activities. • Work closely with stakeholders including finance, legal, and auditors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. • 4-6 years of experience in tax accounting. • Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience with cap table management and equity distribution. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Federal partnership and some corporate tax experience including provisions. • Some International tax experience. • Experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.
