• As an Account Coordinator, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and improving client experience through service • Handle inbound client requests utilizing internal ticketing system and work closely with internal team to deliver outputs
• 1+ years of full time or relevant internship experience in digital marketing, or related field • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Zoom • Experience with a project management software, i.e., ClickUp • Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to create comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights for clients • Foundational knowledge of Pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies preferred
