Description
• Play a pivotal role in research across Strain Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, and Protein Science. • Contribute to multiple projects across scientific disciplines by adapting quickly. • Design and execute experiments in strain engineering, analytical chemistry, and protein science. • Develop and optimize analytical methods and assays for various research initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals. • Maintain meticulous laboratory records and prepare comprehensive technical reports. • Troubleshoot experimental procedures and equipment to ensure performance. • Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies. • Present findings to diverse audiences, translating complex data into actionable insights. • Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies in biotechnology.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Protein Chemistry, Food Science, Material Science, or a related field • Strong background in materials science, protein characterization techniques and analytical methods • Experience with food applications and understanding of food matrices • Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation • Ability to effectively communicate scientific findings to diverse audiences • Strong documentation and report writing skills
