• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic and strong problem solving skills • Advanced proficiency using and integrating CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) to provide actionable customer pipeline visibility to Company stakeholders • Strong communication skills: ability to effectively engage with customers, actively listen to their needs, and articulate product benefits in a clear and compelling manner • Demonstrated aptitude in fostering positive and diplomatic relationships with customers to drive sales and enhance overall customer satisfaction • Experience with making data driven business cases including market assessments, financial returns and framing of customer value • Ability to manage simultaneous projects, set priorities and exercise independent judgement
• Mission-driven to combat the effects of climate change by tackling the urgent problem of decarbonizing the transportation sector at scale • Proven consultative sales experience, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets • 3+ years of sales experience in commercial fleet, EV infrastructure or closely adjacent industries • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively craft solutions to resolve complex situations • Ability to summarize complex issues and opportunities into succinct and actionable deliverables • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Work with Director of Sales to develop and execute against a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue and profit objectives • Identify and prioritize potential clients through research, data analysis, and direct client outreach consisting of emails, calls and meetings (both in person and virtual) • Identify and lead EV Realty sales efforts at tradeshows, conferences and other events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers • Prepare customer presentation materials, requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) • Manage, integrate, and expand a CRM system to track customer data, sales activities, and progress while building and maintaining an internal database of customer fleet profiles
