• Manage a territory of existing enterprise accounts, partnering with the Client Director Team to identify areas for expansion within the existing contract by identifying new buying centers in the organization • Work in a territory of new enterprise accounts to identify and prospect potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities in partnership with the Business Development Team • Establish the value of ExecOnline offerings to new and existing clients by identifying their unique pain points or business challenges and then demonstrating how our products can solve those issues • Partner with the Client Director Team to surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Develop an annual territory plan to achieve annual goal, factoring in expected new business, account growth and detailed client information (e.g., client pain-points) to map required solutions and products • Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast report in Salesforce that is both timely and accurate, to be compiled by the Commercial Leadership Team regularly • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Management to share feedback from clients to inform product offerings and shape the product roadmap
• Experience growing contracts with existing clients • Experience identifying, prospecting, and closing net new business with enterprise accounts • Ability to hold strategic high-level conversations with clients • Ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with clients and internal partners • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly • Proven ability to consistently achieve assigned quotas • Strong active listening, storytelling, and negotiation skills • Strong business acumen • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems • Knowledge of software as a service (SaaS) industry concepts and practices
