Description

• Produce clear, crisp, and engaging technical documentation. • Work independently to create and maintain high-quality content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the documentation strategy and refine processes. • Manage and maintain content repositories, ensuring up-to-date information. • Review and edit documentation for clarity, coherence, and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent field experience. • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably for software or complex technical products. • Proficient in using authoring tools, content management systems (CMS), and documentation tools (experience with DITA is required). • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and attention to detail. • Familiarity with software development methodologies and technical writing best practices. • Able to adapt to changing requirements and work autonomously with limited guidance. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
