Description
• Continue to build and scale our Talent Operations function. • Lead Factored's Talent team, inspiring high performance. • Lead team-level and cross-functional initiatives to improve sourcing and matching processes. • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Talent, Engineering, and Sales teams. • Implement workflows and tools to improve the end-to-end Talent Journey. • Collaborate with Marketing to fill the candidate pipeline. • Work cross-functionally to build a data-driven Talent Operations function. • Stay abreast of AI & Data industry issues and trends.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in areas such as Talent Operations/Talent Marketplaces/Technical Recruiting/Business Operations/Consulting. • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup. Tech experience is a big plus. Tech Services or Talent Marketplace experience is a major plus. • Experience leading a team and designing and implementing talent operations/recruiting or talent marketplace initiatives. • Strong project and people management skills as well as proven leadership skills that enable you to execute and make an impact by leading and managing others who may or may not report to you. • Strong communication skills. Able to proactively, clearly, concisely, and consistently provide information to other business leaders that drive decision-making and demonstrate progress towards larger business objectives.
