• As a Social Media Manager at FARM, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. You will need a deep understanding of B2B and B2C markets and be skilled in both organic social media content creation and paid advertising campaigns. This role will work closely with the client service team and report to the Senior Social Media Manager. • The Social Media Manager must demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining attention to detail with strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills. A positive attitude and a smile goes a long way, too!
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 4-6 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for both B2B and B2C clients. • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with various industries and adaptable to different client needs. • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. • Strong project management and multitasking abilities. • Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to social media is a plus. • Deep familiarity with the latest offerings from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Pinterest; as well as familiarity with YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, and the next emerging platforms. • Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing and evolving trends. • Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with clients via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality. • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Social Ad Platforms.
