Description
• Key player in growth of security portfolio • Position and evangelize security product value • Collaborate with stakeholders across product management and marketing functions • Create go-to-market strategies for security portfolio • Understand target audience and key pain points • Lead team in messaging, collateral, and sales training • Support thought leadership initiatives for security • Build compelling analyst pitches • Work with technical experts for consumable content • Monitor and report success of go-to-market efforts • Coach, mentor and develop the team
Requirements
• 12+ years of high tech product marketing experience • 3+ years of management experience • Infrastructure software product marketing experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership • Prior experience translating technical concepts into value propositions • Ability to think creatively and engage customers • Ruthless focus on empirical evidence for efficacy • Ability to use infrastructure software products hands-on • Understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles • Proven track record of execution • Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and reporting tools • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
