Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Fastly's AV system and infrastructure. • Provide exceptional AV support for company meetings and events. • Proactively resolve incidents and requests to ensure seamless AV experiences. • Develop and maintain a program around Fastly's global AV experience.

Requirements

• Certification in A/V technology. • Minimum 7+ years of experience in AV space. • BA/BS degree. • Experience in the design and deployment of integrated AV / VC systems across a wide customer base and across global corporate offices. • A passion for delivering results and building trust with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira knowledge is a plus). • Familiarity with VC platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). • Willingness to travel both domestic and international as needed to support events.
