Description

• The Senior Inside Sales Representative will manage a remote sales territory focused primarily on franchise groups and automotive accounts. • Responsible for selling Fellers' services and goods to accounts in designated geographic regions. • Maintain and grow an existing client base while pursuing new clients and opportunities that will both benefit and grow Fellers sales. • Conduct productive sales calls, and/or prospect new business opportunities within assigned accounts or application. • Research product and application information using available resources and tools. • Manage and own the resolution of customer related questions, opportunities, and inquiries. • Utilize salesforce and other CRM tools for effective management of assigned responsibilities and targets. • Provide customers with appropriate product, hardware, and other Fellers service information. • Develop and maintain existing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. • Attend trade shows, franchise events and/or company meetings to support applications needs and growth.

Requirements

• History of successful attainment of sales goals and winning new business • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation skill • Strong relationship builder • Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting • Strong sense of urgency and proven track record to drive results • Strong organization skills to multi-task demanding priorities; effective use of resources to deliver customer results • Strong working knowledge of current and changing company products and service offerings; ability to maintain industry/competitor knowledge
