Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and design excellence • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign) • Experience with digital and social media design • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to inspire and lead a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
