Description
• Lead the post-sales onboarding onto Finley's platform • Work alongside customer success, capital markets, and engineering teams • Scale the way we implement customers • Architect the next chapter of Finley's implementation process • Become an expert of Finley's internal tooling and systems configurations • Project manage across all ongoing implementations • Evolve Finley's implementation process • Manage communications between capital markets and engineering
Requirements
• 3+ years experience with complex systems implementations and technical project management • 2+ years debt/finance and Excel experiences • Strong technical background and understanding of data transfers (ETL pipelines, APIs), data structures (JSON, S3), and technical issue-spotting • Past experience working directly with engineers to QA, debugging, and driving software solutions/features • Excellent project management and communication skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders • Clear demonstration of identifying and achieving goals, owning multi-month projects from start to finish
