Description

• Support day-to-day internal operations, including managing client communication and communicating project information to internal teams. • Prepare weekly/bi-weekly client agendas, record thorough meeting notes, properly assign and organize next steps and own follow-ups. • Collaborate with paid media and creative production to provide information and project direction to ensure client satisfaction. • Manage the balance of multiple production projects and client objectives. • Support the production of content by ensuring the client provides a timeline and all details, providing briefs for creative development, and understanding daily pacing and reporting. • Participate in the ideation and development of Client Services processes. • Contribute to existing client relationships with clarity, confidence, and understanding of both the client’s business goals and First Media’s business model.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (client communications, production, project and account management) • Strong organizational skills and the ability to utilize tools and dashboards (Monday, Slack, Google Suite) • Resourceful and problem solver; ability to assess situations, identify gaps and issues, and offer solutions or know what questions to ask • Confident presentation skills • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as a team, particularly in a virtual setting • Not required, but nice to have: experience in reading and understanding media reports (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat analytics a plus), knowledge or experience within the social media marketing space
