• Proactively grow the funnel of potential emerging LATAM Partners, develop the activities, strategy and relationships driving adoption and partner success. • Qualify inbound leads to create marketing and sales opportunities with and through Fivetran’s strategic regional partners. • Create and execute a territory account plan between Fivetran and our LATAM partners. • Manage partners with a focus on sales and lead management and ongoing coaching for pipeline development and progression of opportunities. • Understand, track, report and analyze partner activity to ensure accuracy and proper evaluation of business partner opportunities. • Expand the network inside Fivetran’s partners, develop key relationships, and gain understanding of the partner network. • Identify ways to engage Fivetran partners, target markets and develop business opportunities while growing Fivetran’s position and core business. • Hunting & Outbounding - Named Account mapping into large enterprise companies while prospecting and generating meetings with all levels of employees from C-Level to data analysts. • Demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers' data challenges and pain points and an understanding of Fivetran’s product • Develop and demonstrate a deep interest and understanding of Fivetran’s product and the value it brings to our Enterprise customers, with the ultimate goal of setting up engagements with your Account Executives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Account Executives, Marketing and Alliances to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals. • Leverage both pre-created and personalized cadences based on Industry, Persona, and Use Case. • Organize and categorize sales lead information and activity into Salesforce.com.
• 2+ years of experience cold calling into the LATAM region • Previous experience working within partner relationships, preferably within the LATAM region • Strong written and verbal communication • High-level understanding of the enterprise data space
