• 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, program management, or operations • demonstrated experience owning the design, implementation and optimization of initiatives • the ability to quickly analyze complex requests and assess actionability • a demonstrated track record of building internal relationships quickly • direct communication, and strong empathy for customers • the ability to own external relationships with c-suite enterprise stakeholders • an inquisitive, agile, and challenge-focused mind • an ability to hone in on the smallest details • Must be eligible to work in the US
