• Lead full design process from discovery to feedback gathering • Produce comprehensive design deliverables • Lead user research efforts • Guide clients through the design process • Facilitate workshops • Collaborate with developers and product managers
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a product and UX designer • Strong understanding of UX principles • Proficiency in modern product design software • Prior experience in design systems • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams • Passion for design integration in agile development process
