• Seeking candidates that have a ‘startup’ mentality and experience. • You’ll play a critical role to help drive measurable business results. • You’ll be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns to generate revenue. • The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking but be hands on keyboards. • They will leverage best-in-class technology to execute multi-channel campaigns and ultimately extract campaign insights for continued optimization. • In this role, you will report to the Director of B2B Marketing and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Web Engineering. • Build media buys and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media across various channels including social (LinkedIn & X), SEM and Google display to drive revenue growth. • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPL, cost per opportunity, cost per meeting and return on ad spend (ROAS), synthesizing key takeaways • Conduct regular assessment and optimization for goals, conversions, analytics, and tracking (e.g. UTMs). • Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive innovation. • Uncover marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
• B2B Tech Background / Startup experience • Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in LinkedIn, X, Google, etc. • Analytical with a strong attention to detail • Ability to operate independently and effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlines • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing • Experience in Google Analytics, Hubspot (or the like), and Salesforce • Experience working in a project management tool such as Asana, JIRA, Workfront, Canva, etc. • Your own unique talents!
