• Engage with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and translate these insights into clear, actionable AI product requirements. • Partner with engineers to architect AI solutions tailored to customer needs. • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product builds, including writing PRDs, roadmapping, sprint planning, resource allocation, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support and strategic guidance. • Define success with the customer and lead the team to meet those milestones.
• Experience as a Product Manager, Senior Consultant, or Solutions Architect. • Passion to apply genAI to real problems. • Customer obsession. • Technical fluency. • End-to-end project leadership. • Tested customer relationship building. • Low ego/ high resourcefulness.
