• Enter and update customer information in the company’s database with a high level of accuracy. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions. • Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all data is accurately recorded. • Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments. • Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction. • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, managing office supplies, and preparing reports. • Support other departments with data entry and customer service-related tasks as needed.
