• Drive customer-centric, breakthrough brand design across the entire customer journey. • Manage and grow a talented, multi-faceted team of creatives across multiple continents. • Turn business requirements into impeccable brand experiences for customers. • Partner closely with product design, business leaders, and marketing to ensure brand consistency. • Tell memorable, breakthrough stories through design. • Own the evolution and consistency of our scalable design system across mediums. • Own brand design budget and resourcing, leveraging freelancers and agencies. • Collaborate with marketing teams to turn ideas into beautiful design. • Design high performance web experiences that drive business results.

Requirements

• A bold, ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high-engaged collaborators. • Deep experience leading creative teams in-house at a variety of breakthrough SaaS brands; 5+ years experience as Creative Director. • A leader wired for making with an innate desire to work hands-on in craft while mentoring a talented team. • Proven experience designing highly performant web experiences. • Someone who is always learning and evolving their approach to leadership and craft. • A skilled communicator who can rally teams around big ideas. • High standards, pixel perfection, and brand consistency and continuity. • Someone eager to uplevel our processes and create space and plans for innovative solutions. • A passion for the customer experience software space. • Experience with video, out-of-home, and deeply integrated campaigns.
