• Collaborate with the executive leadership team and finance to set quarterly and annual revenue targets and build a staffing plan for our GTM teams that aligns with the Company’s revenue goals. • Lead the design and implementation of scalable revenue processes and systems, focusing on data-driven decision making. • Optimize sales processes and tools to drive productivity, efficiency and revenue growth. • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting across all revenue streams. • Develop and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of revenue teams. • Partner across the GTM organization to develop and deploy strategies that enable us to effectively retain and upsell our existing customers. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback and market insights inform product development. • In collaboration with marketing, drive alignment between marketing campaigns, sales activities and customer success to ensure a cohesive message and customer experience. • Analyze and refine customer acquisition, retention and expansion strategies to optimize revenue growth. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation, in collaboration with our business systems team. • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing revenue operations team. • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy or a related role with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth at a B2B software company, ideally Series C or later. • Experience with sales-led and PLG go-to-market motions. • Strong understanding of sales, customer success and marketing operations. • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B software solutions. • Excellent analytics, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • A proven ability to hire a strong team • A desire to move quickly and get their hands dirty when required. • Proficiency with CRM and revenue operations tools. • Experience leading and supporting a global team is a plus.
