Description
• Ensure operational success for customers • Lead account on all matters of execution and support • Manage specified customer accounts including account service, project management, and financial accountability • Be first contact for customer requests • Develop and manage profitable account plan
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 4+ years of proven experience in supporting customer relationships within a specific industry or market segment • Strong planning, project management, communication, and executional skills • Strong work ethic and ability to function autonomously
