• We're looking for high-energy, creative, and collaborative candidates who want to work in a fast-paced, execution-oriented team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and preparing datasets, training and evaluating models, and optimizing algorithms for real-time performance. You will handle large volumes of sensor data, conduct extensive simulation testing, and implement continuous improvement techniques. Additionally, you will monitor and update deployed systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning models seamlessly. • Create and prepare datasets to ensure they are suitable for training ML models. • Train machine learning models on large-scale datasets and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics. • Use cross-validation and other validation techniques to ensure model robustness and generalization. • Optimize machine learning algorithms for real-time performance and low-latency processing. • Implement efficient computational methods to handle large volumes of sensor data. • Conduct extensive testing in simulation environments to validate models across various scenarios. • Implement online learning techniques to continuously improve models based on new data. • Monitor deployed systems and update models to handle new scenarios and edge cases. • Work closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ML models. • Ensure all systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. • 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning, with a focus on perception and prediction systems for autonomous vehicles. • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Extensive experience with sensor data processing and sensor fusion techniques. • Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models in production environments. • Deep understanding of algorithms for object detection, recognition, and behavior prediction. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
