Description

• Serve on client delivery teams with increasing consultant responsibility • Support functional workstream planning and execution by collaborating with team members • Assist Project Managers with updating project plans and keeping track of the project financials • Demonstrate consistency in gathering data and preparing for client interviews • Develop client-ready deck storylines and effectively present findings to client stakeholders • Participate in and support practice development in Financial Management methodologies • Identify and raise potential farming opportunities to project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required. • 1-3 years of “hands-on” experience configuring business applications (ERP preferred). • Previous experience consulting from either a large/strategic consultancy or internal business applications/ERP/IT group. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong data visualization and analysis skills; comfortable using tools like Excel. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Demonstrated success within one or more of West Monroe’s core industries. • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. • Commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
