Description

• Responsible for developing and managing technology projects for customers • Manage the scope constraints, time, and customer communication • Maintain an overview communicating tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation • Ensure project objectives and requirements are documented and updated • Ensure customer contact is maintained • Coordinate the planning, delivery, and implementation of projects while providing quality assurance • Organize and manage all project phases for on-time completion within budgetary requirements • Maintain project documentation and organize technical documentation • Escalate risks and/or project deliverables that cannot be completed on time • Work with Professional Services Leadership for PM process improvements

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years’ experience applying cross-functional project management methods and techniques in a technical-services or similar organization • Project Management Professional certification and other relevant education or credentials preferred • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills • Skilled in planning and preparing written communications • Strong communication skills including active listening and the ability to keep cross-functional team members aligned to a common goal • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly • Ability to self-manage, balancing personal workload with capacity • Service awareness of all organization’s key services for which support is being provided • Knowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services • Knowledge of a wide range of IT components, technologies, and software is preferred but not required • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
