• Acquire and manage customer data • Finding and entering customer information into organized categories • Basic research and verifying data accuracy • Process improvement and optimization • Manage valuable data • Grow in role and enhance processes • Expand role and responsibilities over time • Building marketing campaigns specific to customer data/market segment • Tracking deals throughout sales process • Helping with deal flow forecasting • Gathering information about customers and validating information • Categorizing data • Checking for accuracy and errors • Continuous management of existing data
Requirements
• Must have permission to work in the Philippines • Strong typing skills • Computer proficiency • Decision-making and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Basic understanding of databases • Strong communication skills • Very good written and spoken English • Experience with CRMs is preferred
