Description

• Jobber is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead marketing for SaaS products. • You'll lead and empower a team of product marketers focused on Jobber's SaaS core product suite. • Conduct research with customers, prospects, and partners to identify pain points and product evolution. • Partner with Product Management to define product strategy, roadmap, and launches. • Drive GTM strategy and execution for new product launches, aligning marketing, sales, and success. • Recommend pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies with the Pricing Team. • Drive creation of content and sales enablement materials for the home services industry. • Refine and champion Jobber's product messaging and narratives by understanding market needs and competitive landscapes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing • 3+ years leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies • Experience in and a love for coaching product marketing managers • A passion for winning through your success, and the success of your teams and your peers • Experience in tech SMB marketing a strong plus (a passion for helping the underdog win is essential in all we do) • Strong opinions, loosely held • Ability to lead, motivate, influence, manage and navigate complex organizations with multiple cross functional stakeholders • Best-in-class at positioning and messaging - and a desire to educate owned and influenced teams on how to bring it to life within their mediums • A high standard of excellence and an ability to coach teams (influenced and owned) to meet that standard of excellence • A bias to action and confidence in making informed decisions • Contagious pride for the launches you bring to market
