•As a Senior Front-End Developer at Lanai, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces within our B2B SaaS multi-tenant architecture. •Your work will be crucial in enhancing our capabilities, particularly in AI-enabled productivity tools and administrative interfaces for managing tenants and their complex governance policies. •Engineer and implement maintainable, robust front-end applications that solve enterprise-specific problems while ensuring optimal user experiences. •Use observability tools to provide insightful monitoring and alerting across our applications, helping optimize user experience proactively and drive feature adoption. •Guide and mentor junior developers, take initiative in architectural decisions, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that remains open to team input. •Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance our system architectures or development practices.
•Proven track record in developing end-user and administrative applications within multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures. Experience in creating end-user productivity tools is highly desirable. •Expertise in TypeScript and React, proficiency with asynchronous communication technologies such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events, and experience with UI design tools including Figma. •State management libraries - Redux •In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 •Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest •Experience with UI frameworks and design libraries Material-UI, Ant Design. •Ideal candidates would have experience in public API engineering, GraphQL and NoSQL •Ability to lead projects independently, excellent problem-solving skills, and aptitude for incorporating feedback constructively. •Strong interest in analyzing complex systems, with a keen eye for improving efficiency and performance. •Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at clearly conveying complex technical ideas.
