•We're looking for an ML and Data Science Engineer to help build the world's best enterprise AI platform •As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working on exciting challenges such as LLM applications, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), domain adaptation, question answering, semantic search, and many more. •Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of AI technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, visibility, and productivity for our enterprise clients.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience •8+ years of work experience as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, and software developer with least two years at a seed, Series A, or Series B company •Experience leading ML products or features from inception to business impact •Deep knowledge of: •Architectural patterns for large-scale software applications •Transformer architecture •LLM concepts (Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning) •Expert-level programming in Python, with proficiency in goLang, Java, or C/C++ •Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.) •Strong familiarity with various data stores (NoSQL, SQL, relational, graph) •Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) •Ability to design and build production-level ML infrastructure and data pipelines •Self-starter with an owner's mentality and passion for learning •Sharp problem-solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking abilities •Proactive communication skills (verbal and written) for technical decisions and project management •Bias towards action and rapid delivery
