Description
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Analyze financial data to support decision-making • Lead a team of accounting professionals • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits • Identify and implement process improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts • Manage cash flow to support business operations and initiatives
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance required • Highly collaborative temperament, effective communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Strong understanding of financial cycle and month-end close process • Retail/Sales industry experience a plus
