Description
• Lead the finance and accounting functions of the company, including the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial guidance to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives, product launches, and potential business opportunities. Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to senior management. Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. Continuously assess and improve financial systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Controller/Accounting Manager. Art/Entertainment experience is a plus, but not required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and familiarity with industry-specific tools.
Benefits
• Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 per year
