• Manage complete and accurate full-cycle accounts payable records • Perform review of AP invoices and check requests • Process weekly ACH transactions • Download monthly bank reports and statements and perform 10+ bank reconciliations • Download monthly investment statements and perform reconciliations • Perform other general ledger month-end close activities • Responsible for monthly various report saving process
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area • Minimum 3 years Accounting experience, ideally a Staff Accountant with AP experience • Bank reconciliations (required) & Investment Statements (strongly preferred) • Journal entries (required) • Accounts Payable (required) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential
