• As an Account Executive, you will be an integral team member helping thousands of nonprofits each year navigate how to fundraise more and for FREE with Givebutter. • You will work closely with the entire inbound team to ensure sales activities are seamless and profitable. • Accountable for 100% of the quota set as the baseline for Account Executives. • Lead needs assessments and demos with prospective clients (incl. C-suite, board members, founders, and development staff). • Implement personalized follow-up email and call cadences to proactively engage prospective clients in order to win net-new business. • Close sales opportunities at a high rate (both revenue and account-wise) with clear expectations to ensure a smooth start on our platform. • Outbound lead generation as prescribed situationally. • Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and how they relate to our products and services. • Craft solutions for prospective clients to help them raise six and seven figures per account. • Track sales goals accurately within our CRM to ensure clear automated reporting results on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• 3+ years experience selling SaaS with proven experience exceeding targets. • 1+ year selling nonprofit SaaS or CRM or FinTech with scaling pricing model a bonus, but not required. • Experienced in both inbound and outbound lead management and lead generation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email. • Skilled in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high-volume workload. • Ability to work effectively with other team members, including the marketing, customer success, and sales teams. • Passionate about solving problems, driving urgency, and educating potential customers. • Process oriented - you solve the problem for both today and tomorrow at a quickly innovating company. • Ability to travel up to 10% of your time (conditions permitting) for events, conferences, and in-person sales meetings. • Based in Eastern Standard time zone.
