Description
• Founding engineering role with expanded ownership • Design and build development and production platforms for new products • Partner with researchers, engineers, and designers for new features • Accelerate engineering productivity and create outstanding user experiences • Responsible for reliability of systems and critical incidents response • On-call rotation may be needed
Requirements
• 5+ years of engineering experience in various tech environments • Experience with TypeScript/React on the frontend, Python on the backend • Comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment • Significant experience in designing, building, and scaling production systems • Commitment to creating outstanding user experiences • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and LLM technology • Collaborative spirit, willingness to support colleagues • Proactive in learning new skills and building tools to accelerate workflows • Experience in startup environments is a plus • Familiarity with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA is a plus
