Description
• As the Director of Sales Operations, shape and optimize sales processes at Glooko. • Drive business growth and operational efficiency to empower people with chronic conditions. • Partner with GTM teams to develop performance metrics and streamline sales technology stack. • Provide strategic insights on sales trends and risks while ensuring departmental alignment. • Monitor KPIs, manage sales territories, and oversee the incentive compensation process.
Requirements
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and quick to act, thriving in dynamic, growth-focused settings. • Strong analytical skills, a passion for business intelligence, and a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies. • Able to translate business requirements into technical, financial, and system-based solutions. • Skilled at configuring, operating, and reporting with sales systems. Salesforce Administrator accreditation is preferred. • Previous experiences in management consulting, sales operations, or sales management • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including success with collaborating with senior management
