Description
• Lead our team of product designers to create unified product strategies, define metrics, and drive outcomes for that team. • Support professional growth of each individual on your team through growth centered mentorship. • Oversee the product development cycle for the team of product managers you manage: from ideation through release of new features, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing design timelines. • Influence and drive key product decisions, quality, and delivery for the product management team. • Monitor the impact each product release has on user experience and business outcomes. • Iterate upon product manager systems and processes to drive business and product outcomes. • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate your team’s projects into the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
• 3+ years of managing direct reports, including providing critical feedback and supporting professional growth of your direct reports. • 3+ years leading inclusive, high-performing product teams. • 5+ years of experience working on user-facing software products, ideally in startups or agile tech environments. • Leadership experience iterating on and leveling up the overall maturity of your team’s systems and operational processes. • Exceptional communication and team-building abilities. • Advanced data analysis skills and fluency with user data platforms.
