Description
• Enhance our sourcing strategy, building a programmatic and scalable outreach strategy. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline. • Collaborate with TA Leaders and Recruiters to forecast talent needs and refine sourcing plans to meet organizational goals. • Provide metrics analysis in partnership with TA Operations to support and measure the impact of recruitment strategies and link initiatives to measurable results. • Drive innovative sourcing methods by leveraging technology, AI tools, and social media platforms to reach passive candidates and niche markets. • Enable Recruiters and Hiring Managers – share best practices to improve their sourcing skills as they continue to build their own pipelines. • Develop a strong employer brand presence in talent communities through partnerships and multi-channel communication strategies. • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive employer brands. • Conduct A/B tests and analyze messaging performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in a sourcing role; bonus if it was working with GTM teams. • 3+ years experience in program management or community building. • Experience with Greenhouse ATS. • Proven track record of building and scaling sourcing strategies in a high-growth environment, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry. • Experience with talent analytics tools and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects / programs simultaneously. • Creative problem-solving skills and the willingness to experiment with new approaches and tools in talent acquisition. • Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail. • Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
