• Fashion obsessed and client centric • Promote Good American brand • Support client needs through styling • Act as a brand ambassador • Represent Good American in store operations • Drive for sales results and KPI goals • Report to Store Manager/Store Director
• 2+ years experience in retail apparel • Experience in women's apparel preferred • Familiar with retail performance indicators • Adaptable, active listener, compassionate • Comfortable with computer technology • Effective communication skills • Strong fashion acumen • Ability to style clients • Travel 10% of the time • Ability to climb ladders • Ability to lift 25+ lbs • In office FOUR days a week
• Represent Good American brand • Promote brand culture internally and externally • Drive financial results • Achieve individual sales targets • Support team members • Ensure individual and team KPI goals are met • Provide excellent client experience • Resolve customer service issues • Build a strong client book • Support floor coverage and operational functions • Support visual merchandising initiatives • Support inventory initiatives • Create and execute store events • Contribute to positive team culture • Partner with corporate team • Attend required meetings • Deliver feedback and insights • Additional projects as needed
