Description
• Contract Management: Review, analyze, and interpret various energy manufacturing contracts • Negotiate contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and customers • Maintain comprehensive and organized contract records • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders • Industry Expertise: Utilize knowledge of the energy manufacturing industry • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with contract management processes and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract administrator or similar role in the energy manufacturing industry • Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and Word • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
