• Align HR strategies with business objectives in renewable battery manufacturing. • Partner with management to develop HR strategies for organizational objectives. • Develop retention strategies to nurture talent and reduce turnover. • Implement performance management systems and support employee development. • Serve as an advisor on HR policies and resolve employee relations issues. • Collaborate to assess training needs and develop learning initiatives. • Utilize HR data for monitoring key HR indicators and make improvements. • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred. • Proven experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably within the renewable energy or battery technology sector. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and programs. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
