🔄 Hybrid – Los Angeles
• Provide representation to franchisors and franchisees, including preparation and review of default notices, termination notices, transfer agreements, related transactional documents, Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), initial franchise documents, and contracts for franchisor and franchisee clients.
• A strong academic record and writing skills are essential. • Solid interpersonal skills, proven willingness to accept management and significant responsibility, and help manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment. • Candidates must be in good standing with CA State Bar. • Previous experience in franchise law or related practice areas is preferred.
• Location - Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley. • Competitive Salary $110,000 - $120,000 • This is a full-time, long-term position. • The position is immediately available. • Hybrid (Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley) • Monday through Friday
