Description

• Responsible for working on a variety of financial tasks related to fiscal accounting and compliance • Audit coordination, administration of corporate insurance, and accounting and commission reporting • Work with internal teams to complete sales commission calculations and reporting • Coordinate audits related to employee benefit plans, 401k, etc. • Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary • Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales as necessary • Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2-4 years of Accounting experience (public or private) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc. • Knowledge of financial systems, Sage Intacct and Salesforce knowledge is a plus • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter possessing time management skills • Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow through on commitments and projects • Strong financial analysis skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team
