Description

• To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Strategic Finance Lead, Marketing & Product to join our Strategic Finance team. • This team helps shape and scale the growth of our Self-Serve efforts by partnering with Marketing and Product teams across the Company. • We are looking for a candidate experienced with Self-Serve business models who can model the future and collaborate to help carry projects from conception through execution.

Requirements

• Has 10+ years of Professional experience in Finance with strong operational knowledge of SaaS business models. • Has a deep fluency in LTV, the acquisition and retention dynamics of an optimization-focused subscription business with millions of paid users. • Is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving involving financial modeling and working with large data sets. • Has proven experience working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener. • Has experience with and passion for hyper-growth, dynamic, driven organizations. • Can communicate complex financial concepts with precision and clarity. • Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, exhibits eagerness to learn, and is biased toward action. • Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable. • Is inspired by our MOVE principles, which are the blueprint for how things get done at Grammarly.
