• The Manager, Growth & New Business is responsible for the new business activities of this growing agency • Responsible for coordination and execution of all new business initiatives, including developing RFP responses, ad hoc recommendation development, and ongoing agency visibility initiatives essential to our agency’s continuing growth and reputational development • Collaborate with the Green Room Leadership Team, the Extended Leadership Team and the agency’s Creative services team to activate our business growth goals • Grow existing business through communications about our diverse capabilities, as well as identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
• Prior work experience in an agency setting, working in both pharma/healthcare communications and on new business programs • Demonstrated experience developing creative and strategic communications programs for clients in a variety of focus areas (internal, external, digital) • Extremely comfortable in a collaborative environment and working closely with all levels of agency and client partners • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems • Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in other creative tools a plus • Extremely high level of organization, project management, resource management, and attention to detail • The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic, be highly responsive to team members and clients, have a flexible approach to diverse working styles, and a strong executive presence
