• In this role, you will partner with the FP&A team and finance leadership to provide business leaders with budgeting, forecasting, internal financial reporting, and ad hoc analyses. • Prepare consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models. Analyze actual to expected performance. • Provide reporting materials for board, leadership team, investors, and other stakeholders. • Partner with business leaders to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts at the department level and support day-to-day management of their budgets. • Understand each partner’s business area and leverage that knowledge to provide analyses that inform business decisions. Serve as a financial expert, providing insights that contribute to the assessment of both new and existing investment opportunities. • Partner with HR to track headcount budgets and corresponding labor spend, including internal and external labor strategy. • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analysis to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives. • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyze results and causes of variance and present to senior management as needed. • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required. • Improve and scale by developing repeatable processes, including standardizing and automating reports and implementing enhancements to planning and forecast system.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • 7+ years of experience working in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar at a publicly traded company (preferably in a tech organization) • Advanced Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, and Google Slides skills • Experience with Oracle EPBCS and/or Smartview/Essbase • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present insights clearly. • Strong stakeholder management skills • Working knowledge of GAAP principles
