Description

•Grove Collaborative is seeking an experienced Senior Quality & Regulatory Manager. •Plays an integral role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. •Collaborates with cross-functional teams on product launches. •Manages quality documentation and processes from inception to signature. •Owns quality standards and tracks quality issues. •Ensures compliance with home and personal care regulations. •Leads investigations and resolves quality issues with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Quality & Regulatory within CPG, preferably in home or personal care •Knowledgeable in ISO9001, 19011, 22716, cGMPs is a plus •Knowledgeable in statistical quality control - SQC/SPC/AQLs •Strong understanding of quality systems, structured problem solving and a desire for continuous improvement across your supplier base •Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a broad group of stakeholders through both written reports and direct conversation •Extensive experience in factories with strong problem-solving skills and relationship-building ability with suppliers •Passionate about working at a values-driven organization and having an impact •Excellent organizational and leadership skills •Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
