• MAVAN is seeking a highly skilled Paid Performance Marketing Contractor to join our dynamic team • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creatives that drive engagement and conversions • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all paid media • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, with ae strong portfolio of successful campaigns • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant software • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
