Description
• Help small businesses protect themselves from risk and liability with business insurance. • Establish a new product line and lead the entire product development process. • Define a long-term UX vision and product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. • Ship projects that deliver consistent value to customers and contribute to design leadership community.
Requirements
• 8+ years of software product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. Bonus if you’ve led the initial launch of a new product offering. • Builder mindset: demonstrated experience as an individual contributor design leader at the product or group level. • Comfort with complexity: led the design of approachable, guided products in complex or highly regulated domains. • Product acumen: comfortable working with executive stakeholders to shape business decisions. • High quality bar: advocate for customers’ experience with Gusto, demonstrating design quality and accessibility.
