Description

• Provide frequent client contact in order to stay current with treatment plans, etc. • Request medical records, billing records, and imaging records for clients • Assist litigation paralegals with obtaining subpoena records, health insurance liens, etc. • Run ISO and EAMS • Manage case file once the case reaches the litigation stage • Track and manage all medical and workers comp liens • Assist litigation paralegals with litigation tasks • Communicate with clients regarding treatment, case status, and property damage • Assist attorneys with tasks as needed • Assist paralegals with obtaining signatures from client on various documents like releases, authorizations, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1 year of legal assistant experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities • Analytical thinker and problem-solver • Outstanding organizational, time management, and administrative skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • CASEpeer legal management software experience a plus • Team-oriented and independently capable • A strong desire to expand knowledge of personal injury law
